Every person in the world are unique. There are only two genders among them, the male and the female. It is so amazing how women can handle all the things that are going on with their lives. Their life cycle is never dull. Every stage is a new adventure for her body.

Women look at this. This is something we are all aware of. But, there are facts that we tend to put aside. It is never in our mind that we will take note of the changes that are going on inside. From birth to adulthood, there are many things that can occur. To experience menopause and slow metabolism is indication that you are entering a new era of your body.

This is so distracting and alarming to most of them. This will make them aware that it is no longer possible to get any younger. Some take it as a tragic experience. It is because ladies are sometimes obsessed in keeping themselves young.

The instance of this is due to the lowering of the number of estrogen that is released to the body. It is also linked to a slower metabolism. This is when the ovary decreased its production of estrogen. However, a condition like this can happen because at the very beginning, girls are born with only limited number of eggs. These are the ones that are being broken in every menstrual period.

Every girl is born with a definite amount of egg cells. It means that it is limited. This is why menopausal will really occur. This point in the life of a woman has three stages. Its first one is the perimenopause. At this stage, the symptoms are already manifesting on the individual. It usually takes place years before the actual menopausal period.

However, it is good to know that there are three stages that every adult female will undergo during this stage. Its first stage is what is called as the perimenopause. It is when those known symptoms are being felt. It will manifest in a few years from the actual menopausal period. This is where all of the ovaries will excrete lesser estrogen. Many changes will happen to the person having it.

After many instances in having such an experience, some symptoms such as hot flashes, extreme sweating, insomnia, fatigue, mood swings, depression, irritability, headaches, joint or muscle pains, vaginal dryness, bladder control problems and lower sexual drives. They are only a few of the many symptoms, it can have. Also, weight gain will begin to settle. It is because during this stage, the estrogen levels are lowered. Since, it is the one responsible for the speed of our metabolism. It also will congruently affect it.

The last stage is what is called post menopause. This is where constant hot flashes are experienced. Also, this is the certain circumstance that she will no longer have her period. The symptoms will still continue for a long time. It is hard to tell if how long it will last.

It is best to be more active before, during and after such moment in life. Having an adequate exercise will make you healthier and less moody. Choose a hobby to refrain from increased moodiness. Keep yourself busy. Let yourself gracefully age. Learn to accept it. It will make you even more beautiful and stress free. Stay healthy and happy. Be worry free. Make yourself self actualized.
